Owning at The Rushes is an opportunity for couples, families and friends to travel while staying in spacious and modern townhouses for a lot less than hotels.  Staying at a timeshare townhouse is more like staying in a vacation rental with added privacy, space and amenities that allow young children to be put to sleep and family meals to be prepared in your own suite, providing greater vacation savings benefits. Typically, ownership comes with owning a townhouse on a fixed week(s) of the year. The exception is our Flex weeks (see Flex Option below).

Adding value to your stay, owners have access to extensive townhouses and property amenities as well as on-site activities and weekly socials. Ownership weeks go from Saturday to Saturday or Friday to Friday.

After an initial townhouse purchase, a buyer pays a yearly maintenance fee and then does not pay rental fees per week stay. A townhouse owner has the option to rent their unit for the week(s) purchased.

Maintenance Dues include operations, reserves and real estate taxes. Dues are billed annually on December 15 (weeks 1-26) or June 1 (for weeks 27-52). Dues need to be paid before an owner can occupy their townhouse.

At a discounted rate, a Flex week option gives owners the ability to be flexible with their vacation time each year. Owners give their 5 top choice weeks to stay at The Rushes in the next year and then are entered into our computer system to determine the actual vacation week. Dues are billed for all Flex weeks on December 15.


If you have found that you are unable to use your Rushes timeshare in a given year, you can rent it out. Contact The Rushes who can then attempt to rent a townhouse through our rental options.

Timeshare Flexibility

When planning your next great escape, you want to look for places that offer culturally-rich experiences and affordable ways to experience a new vacation destination every year. When you purchase a townhouse week at The Rushes you also have the opportunity to connect with some of the world’s largest timeshare companies where you can stay anywhere you can imagine, from cozy winter cottages to exotic properties, making international travel more accessible. We work with companies such as RCI (Resort Condominiums International), II (Interval International) and 7Across USA who can help expand your booking possibilities with user friendly booking processes.

A timeshare exchange can be established when you work with one of our partnering companies to exchange your week at The Rushes with another timeshare vacation property. We work with RCI, II (Interval International), and 7 Across USA.

Purchasing Timeshare Resales

If The Rushes timeshare no longer fits your lifestyle or your budget, let The Rushes’ timeshare Real Estate specialist help you. Our licensed experts can guide you through the process. Buying a timeshare on the resale market offers owners the same luxury properties for less than retail. When a timeshare property is listed for sale, it is typically a deeded interest and a title will transfer ownership of the townhouse.

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to own timeshare? Well here is your chance. Purchase a trial membership and you will receive 1 week in one of our beautiful 2-bedroom townhomes, here at The Rushes, from November to April, subject to availability. Or, go somewhere else with the use of your 1 – year membership with RCI, a timeshare exchange company. The vacation possibilities are endless!!

3-Year Memberships

Owners who would like to have more weeks to trade with an exchange company (without Deeded ownership), this is the opportunity you have been looking for!

This  membership allows you to purchase 3 weeks over a 3-year timeframe (November to April). It also offers a 30% discount on rental options with a 2-night minimum. Rentals are based upon availability in Rushes Owned Units. Memberships also include the complimentary use of resort amenities during your stay. You also have the ability  use these weeks for trading with an exchange company.
