A credit card is required upon check-in.
Rates are based on six (6) occupants for a 2 bedroom and eight (8) occupants for a 3 bedroom. There is a minimum of $350 charge for going over occupancy limits.

Important Information
- Weekly Rentals run from 4:00 PM Friday or Saturday to 9:00 AM on the following Friday or Saturday.
- Minimum rental is 3 days between May 27th – October 22nd. Two night minimum for other seasons.
- Reservation Deposits: A deposit of 50% of the total rental charge plus a $ 35.00 administration fee is due upon making the reservation.
- Forty-five (45) days before occupancy, the remaining 50% rental charge is to be paid in full or the reservation is cancelled.
- Cancellation Policy: There is a $ 35.00 Administration Fee which is Non-Refundable for all cancellations.
- Prompt refunds of advance rental deposits will be made upon cancellation of reservation as follows:
30 or more days before occupancy…Refund 100% of the Occupancy Fee Paid 29 days or less before occupancy NO REFUND. Absolutely No Exceptions!! Cancellation policy also applies to transfers of dates, from one week to another, and unit to unit. - Occupancy Limits are strictly enforced.
