The Board of Directors would like to remind you of the following: Pets are not allowed on property The maximum occupancy of your unit is six (6) people for a two-bedroom unit, and eight (8) people for a three-bedroom unit. A credit card is required on all reservations for the use of The Rushes Please have your license plate number with you at check-in for the parking pass. The maintenance fee(s) must be paid prior to your visit! If you have not paid your maintenance fee(s), you have the option to pay via credit card on the Owner’s Portal. To do so, please log in to the website < therushes.com > and enter the owner’s portal. The user ID is owner, and the password is Rushes2016. Click the maintenance fee tab and follow the prompts from there. There is a 3% convenience fee when using a credit card. You may also send a check via US Mail. During your stay, your friends and family can reach you at the address shown at the top of this page. Your on-site phone number will be (920) 839-2730. When the automatic operator answers, your caller should enter 7, plus your unit number. For example, if you are in unit 100, they should enter 7100. Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 9:00 AM. Please stop at the Recreation Center Welcome Desk anytime between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM to pick up your keys.
